Overview ------------ **HaloMD** **Who We Are** HaloMD specializes in Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) through The No Surprises Act and state regulations for out-of-network healthcare providers, leveraging advanced technology and deep industry expertise to secure optimized reimbursements. **Job Summary** The **Azure Cloud Engineer - Service Desk** manages incoming tickets for Cloud infrastructure issues/service requests. Will collaborate closely with the TOC (Technical Operations Center) Operations Analyst to manage these requests. Responsibilities -------------------- **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** * Support IT Service Desk Azure Cloud requests/tickets. * Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary. Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training. * Troubleshoot issues with Systems, Applications, and Network teams. * Identify opportunities and take the initiative to implement technical process/procedure improvements. * Provide support to IT & TOC team members in addition to end users, including face to face, email, and phone communication. * Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records.
