Cloud Operations Manager

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** **Project** Join a globally distributed Cloud Operations team responsible for building and operating cloud foundations across **GCP, AWS, and Microsoft Azure**. The team enables enterprise applications to consume cloud services in a secure, resilient, scalable, and efficient way. As Cloud Operations Manager, you will lead a multi-skilled DevOps engineering team and be responsible for operational processes, standards, service quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. **You will** * Lead and manage a globally distributed team of DevOps engineers, including hiring, objectives, performance reviews, and development * Define and improve the scope and standards of Cloud Operations support * Own KPIs, SLAs, management reporting, and escalations * Ensure cloud platforms meet security, risk, architecture, operational, and BCP requirements * Drive automation and continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency * Work closely with Cloud Product Management, Service Management, Security, Risk, and Technical Architecture teams * Represent Cloud Operations in discussions with internal IT teams and major cloud providers * Support requirements gathering and establish feedback loops between customers and Operations teams * Maintain engineering documentation, knowledge bases, and key technical decisions **Kogo poszukujemy?** **Must have** * Experience as an **Operations Manager / Technical Operations Manager** in an enterprise environment * Experience managing **teams of 10+ people** * Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: **AWS, GCP, and/or Azure** * Understanding of cloud infrastructure including **compute, containers, storage, IAM, networking, and container orchestration** * Experience with **CI/CD and continuous testing** * Understanding of **IAM, RBAC, operating systems, networking, and container technologies** * Experience working with **IT Audit, Security, Risk, and compliance** * Strong knowledge of **enterprise risk management and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)** * Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders * Strong people management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills * Experience with **process design and continuous improvement** * Experience with management reporting, including qualitative and quantitative metrics * Experience with **budget planning and management** * **Fluent English and Polish** **Nice to have** * Professional-level certifications in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP * Experience in a highly regulated industry, particularly Financial Services * Experience working with multiple support groups and complex enterprise service environments **Czego wymagamy?** 8 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * AWS * GCP * Azure * CI/CD * Security * Risk management * IAM * RBAC Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 21.8k–25k PLN netto/m (B2B) * 15.5k–18k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo * Szkolenia wewnętrzne * Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy * Kawa / Herbata * Parking rowerowy * Pakiet relokacyjny **Kim jesteśmy?** Od 20 lat wspieramy liderów IT, dostarczając technologie, ekspertów i pełne wsparcie operacyjne - w tym legalizację pobytu i pracy międzynarodowych specjalistów IT Do naszych projektów poszukujemy specjalistów Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, specjalistów od mobile, testerów oprogramowania, administratorów sieci i systemów i wielu innych.
