Cloud Services Sales Representative

AINEO Networks is hiring a Cloud Services Sales Representative in Tokyo for its CIRCLE Cloud Communications business. This role is open to candidates who are new to the industry but have strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. CIRCLE Cloud Communications is a cloud-based business communication service that works across smartphones, PCs, tablets, and laptops. It helps mobile workers, remote teams, and companies with multiple locations communicate more easily. **About the role** As a CIRCLE Business Development Consultant, you will introduce AINEO’s communication services to corporate clients and partner companies. You will help partners solve business and technical communication challenges and support new business opportunities. This job fits someone who likes technology, wants to learn cloud services from the ground up, and enjoys working toward sales goals with a team. On-the-job training is available, making the role suitable for candidates with strong communication skills who want to move into cloud services sales. **Main responsibilities** * Develop new partners and maintain relationships with existing partners. * Meet subscriber acquisition and revenue targets for CIRCLE. * Build long-term strategic relationships with partner accounts. * Meet partners, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions using AINEO’s resources. * Introduce CIRCLE Cloud Communications to corporate clients. * Work with partners and customers in Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, Nagoya, Sapporo, Fukuoka, and Sendai. **Compensation and work environment** * Base salary: negotiable based on experience, approximately ¥4,000,000 to ¥8,000,000 per year. * Incentives: paid quarterly with no upper limit. * Bonuses: once or twice a year depending on the role, based on performance and contribution to team goals. * Work hours: 9:00 to 18:00 with flex time. * Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays. * Workplace: fully non-smoking.
