The Reservations Manager is responsible for leading the Reservations department to maximize room revenue while ensuring exceptional service for guests and seamless support for hotel operations. The role oversees daily reservation activities, ensures compliance with standard operating procedures, develops and delivers team training, maintains high reservation accuracy and implements effective selling strategies. The Reservations Manager also stays up to date with room availability, rates, packages, group bookings and business trends to optimize occupancy and revenue while delivering the highest standards of guest satisfaction and team performance.
