**Job Title:** CNC Technician **Job Description:** **The Role:**   負責CNC加工設備之操作、設定與基本維護，確保產品依圖面及規範加工完成，並符合品質與交期要求。  Responsible for CNC machine operation, setup, and basic maintenance to ensure products are manufactured according to drawings and specifications while meeting quality and delivery targets.  **In this role you will:**  * 操作CNC機台（如車床、銑床）進行產品加工 Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling) for part production  * 依照圖面與製程條件進行機台設定與程式調整 Set up machines and adjust programs based on drawings and process requirements  * 進行首件確認與製程中自主檢驗（尺寸量測） Perform first article inspection and in-process measurements  * 維持加工品質並即時進行異常回報與問題排除 Maintain machining quality and report/resolve abnormalities  * 配合生產排程完成工單並確保交期 Follow production schedule to meet delivery timelines  * 執行機台日常保養與5S/6S現場管理 Conduct daily machine maintenance and maintain 5S/6S standards  * 配合主管指示執行其他相關工作 Perform other duties assigned by supervisor   * 遵循工廠6S管理與環境安全衛生規範，並即時回報異常狀況 Comply with factory 6S management and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards, and promptly report any abnormalities.  * 出勤時間：四班二輪班 (08:00-20:00/20:00-08:00) Working hours: 4B2R shift (08:00-20:00/20:00-08:00).  * 執行主管交辦之其他工作任務或事項 Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.  **Traits we believe make a strong candidate:**  * 高中職以上（機械相關科系佳）  High school diploma or above (Mechanical background preferred)  * 具CNC加工相關經驗（1–3年以上尤佳）  1–3 years CNC machining experience preferred  * 可看懂機械圖面（2D/3D）  Ability to read mechanical drawings  * 熟悉量測工具（游標卡尺、分厘卡等）  Familiar with measuring tools (caliper, micrometer)  * 具備基本程式概念（如G code/M code尤佳）  Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus  * 具責任感、細心且能配合輪班/加班  Responsible, detail-oriented, and flexible for shift/overtime  * 有CNC證照或相關技能檢定者佳  CNC certification is a plus    **Your success will be measured by:**  * 具備良好溝通能力，能與團隊成員密切合作，共同達成生產目標 Demonstrates strong communication skills and works closely with team members to achieve operational goals.  * 恪守作業規範，重視安全與品質，展現高度責任感與誠信，確實落實6S管理 Adheres to procedures, prioritizes safety and quality, and demonstrates strong accountability and integrity while implementing 6S practices  * 具備創新思維，能主動提出改善建議，並積極參與問題分析與解決 Shows innovative thinking, proactively suggests improvements, and actively participates in problem analysis and resolution.  * 具備持續學習與自我成長的意願，樂於參與培訓活動，精進專業技能 Demonstrates a willingness to continuously learn and grow, actively participates in training, and improves professional skills.
