CoE Head\_Mfg1 **Key Responsibilities:**  CoE Leadership & Innovation: Lead the Manufacturing Center of Excellence (CoE), driving solution development, industry best practices, and innovation initiatives. www.jadeglobal.com  GTM Strategy Execution: Collaborate with external partners, Technology BUs and Alliances teams to craft and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with ISV channel partners.  Solution Development: Develop industry-specific IT transformation and managed service offerings that align with key manufacturing use cases.  ISV & Partner Collaboration: Engage with ISV partners, cloud providers, and technology alliances to drive joint solutions and market penetration.  Customer Engagement: Support sales teams with pre-sales and solution demonstrations, assisting in key customer engagements to position Jade Global’s capabilities.  Thought Leadership: Represent Jade Global at industry conferences, webinars, and whitepapers, establishing the company as a trusted partner in the Manufacturing space.  Sales Enablement: Train and equip sales teams with industry insights, case studies, and solution differentiators to drive growth in the manufacturing vertical.  Offshore Delivery Excellence: Drive best practices, process improvements, and knowledge- sharing initiatives within offshore delivery teams to enhance service quality.  Global Readiness & Travel: Be business visa-ready to travel to the U.S. on short notice for customer and partner meetings as required. Required Qualifications & Experience:  12+ years of experience in manufacturing IT consulting, digital transformation, or managed services for the US geography.  Proven experience in leading a CoE, GTM strategy, and ISV channel engagement.  Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry challenges, regulations, and emerging trends.  Strong collaboration skills with technology alliances, cloud partners, and ISVs.  Experience working with mid-to-large manufacturing enterprises.  Ability to develop and drive industry-specific solutions, offerings, and thought leadership.  Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.  Business visa-ready for U.S. travel on short notice.   **Seniority Level**  Senior Management Level   **Employment Type**  Full-time www.jadeglobal.com **Office Location**  Work from office in Pune (Baner or Wadgaonsheri) or Hyderabad, India **Why Join Us** You should join us if you are interested in shaping an organization that is on a rapid growth path.
