**Job Description Summary:** * Manage, coordinate and implement management strategies for the operational performance of specialty fat operations at Marunda, Surabaya, Lampung & Belawan. **Job Description:** * Responsible for optimizing production performance of PKO frac, Hydrogenation, Semi-continuous deodorizer (SCD), Inter-esterification (IE), Neutralization, PMF fractionation plants in units at Marunda, Surabaya, Lampung & Belawan (Efficiency, Utilization, Quality, Cost, Throughput, Loss). * Build a strong operational team for the specialty fat operations at Marunda, Surabaya, Lampung & Belawan. * Coordinate with R & D and Develop process recipes for the new product/customer requirements. * Define and develop process and equipment design for the business expansions related to PKO frac, Hydrogenation, Semi-continuous deodorizer (SCD), Inter-esterification (IE), Neutralization, PMF fractionation plants and asisst management for the selection of right technology provider. * Coordinate the plan and implement preventive & corrective maintenance on all production facilities in according to the agreed schedule. * Ensure that existing SOPs are properly monitored and corrective actions taken when deviations are implemented correctly in accordance with the requirements in ISO documents, HACCP Plan * Ensure specialty fat processes are in operation in accordance with SSOP (WI). * Ensure that raw materials, utilities and supporting materials and production enhancements are efficiently controlled in accordance with budgets provided (Benchmark or KPI). * Keep the management updated on the competitor’s activities in the specialty fat field and ensure processes are benchmarked at the industry level. * Formulate production reports & analyze the unit-wise production reports and asisst respective units on necessary improvements & timely decisions. * Create and take responsibility for implementation and monitoring of annual budgets. * Monitor the availability of spare parts for smooth production of specialty fat process. * Ensure the implementation of Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with applicable policies. * Monitor the implementation of labor discipline in plant and unit plant hygiene. * Ensure the implementation of quality management system (HACCP, ISO, Halal) and 5R1SQu. * Monitor and develop technical competency of specialty fat personnel through competency development program. * Responsible for upkeeping of process recipes, as-built drawings and technical specification of specialty fats processes and ensure its confidentiality. **Job Requirement:** * Min Food technology or Chemical engineer with knowledge on palm oil processes. * Knowledge of commercial scale product development & basic processes downstream palm oil operation such as fractionation, Hydrogenation, neutralization Inter esterification, refining is must. * Min 10 -15 years of work experience with proven track record of operations of Interesterification, Downstream palm oil fractionation (PMF), CBS/CBR, Hydrogenation & Neutralization You processes and new product development activities for the commercial scale operation. * Fluent in English both spoken and written. * Good leadership skill, analytical skill, interpersonal skill. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person."**
