Our success is driven by innovation, sustainable practices, and a strong commitment to our people and customers. **Position: Commercial Finance Manager** **Location:** Hassanabdal **Preferred Candidate:** Male We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused **Commercial Finance Manager** to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business performance through financial planning, project and commercial finance, cost management, and strategic business partnering. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing finance, project profitability, and commercial decision support. **Key Requirements** **Education & Experience** * **CA or ACCA** preferred. Candidates with **ICMA or MBA (Finance)** will also be considered. * **7–10 years** of relevant experience, including **3–5 years** in **Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Finance Business Partnering**. * Experience in a **multinational manufacturing environment** is highly preferred. * Hands-on experience with **SAP**. **Key Responsibilities** **Commercial & Project Finance** * Manage financial aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring profitability and effective financial control. * Strong expertise in: * Project accounting and revenue recognition * Project and product cost * Cost estimation and margin analysis * Financial planning and forecasting * Sales performance and gross margin analysis * Monitoring project profitability throughout the project lifecycle **Cost Management & Financial Control** * Ensure project costs are accurately captured and reported. * Monitor project budgets and performance: * Cost calculations * Cost-to-complete assessments * Cost variance analysis * Support month-end project reviews and maintain accurate revenue and margin reporting. * Drive financial discipline and continuous cost optimization initiatives. **Business Partnering** * Collaborate closely with **Sales, Project Management, Factory Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain** teams. * Support pricing strategies and commercial decision-making. * Participate in sales and project review meetings. * Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Provide meaningful financial insights to support strategic business decisions. **Systems & Reporting** * Hands-on experience with **SAP** (CO, FI, and Project Systems preferred). * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Experience with **Power BI** or similar business intelligence and reporting tools. * Strong capability in: * Management reporting * KPI dashboard development * Product costing * Variance analysis * ERP-based financial reporting **Key Competencies** * Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking * Excellent financial modeling and problem-solving skills * Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights * Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills * High attention to detail with a proactive and results-oriented approach * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
