Commercial General Laborer

### **Job Summary** ### Temp Right Service is seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our Plumbing & HVAC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being part of a team, and learning a skilled trade. No prior plumbing or HVAC experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. ### As a General Laborer, you will assist licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians with commercial projects while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site. ### **Responsibilities** * ### Assist plumbing and HVAC crews with installation, maintenance, and repair projects. * ### Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. * ### Transport materials to and from job sites. * ### Dig trenches and assist with underground utility installations. * ### Clean and prepare work areas before, during, and after construction. * ### Cut, measure, and assemble basic piping and ductwork under supervision. * ### Operate hand tools and power tools safely. * ### Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. * ### Perform general shop duties and maintain company vehicles and equipment. * ### Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors. ### **Qualifications** * ### High school diploma or GED preferred. * ### Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * ### Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly. * ### Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * ### Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. * ### Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. * ### Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * ### Construction experience is a plus but not required. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * ### Previous experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical trades. * ### Forklift or equipment operation experience. * ### OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain). ### **Benefits** * ### Competitive hourly pay based on experience. * ### Paid holidays and paid time off. * ### Health insurance. * ### Retirement plan with company contribution. * ### Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement. * ### Company-provided safety equipment. * ### Stable, year-round employment. ### **Why Join Temp Right Service?** At Temp Right Service, we invest in our employees and promote from within whenever possible.
