The **Commis 2** supports the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with Anantara's culinary standards. Working under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef, the role is responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring proper storage of food items, and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
