Communication Analyst 2

Saab Brasil is looking for a **Communication Analyst II** to join our Communication team in São Paulo. **About the role** In this position, you will work with both **internal and external communications**, supporting content production, social media, corporate communication, events and employee engagement initiatives. **Key responsibilities:** * Coordinate content production such as videos, photos and marketing materials with agencies and suppliers. * Review and manage social media content plans and digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to support culture, engagement, and business objectives. * Manage internal communication channels, leadership communications, and company-wide meetings. * Coordinate corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and employee engagement activities. * Work closely with local teams and Saab Global. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in Communication. * Experience with both internal and external and internal corporate communications. * Advanced English – written and spoken, including participation in meetings with global teams. Spanish is an advantage. * Experience reviewing and managing social media content and paid media. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Hands-on profile with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work closely with leadership, different stakeholders and teams. * Availability to travel.
