Community Economic Empowerment Officer

**Key Responsibilities:** * **Field Execution & Operations:** Directly execute CEE programs in the field and coordinate with operational teams and local stakeholders. * **PMO Administration & Budgeting:** Manage project administration, prepare and report budgets, and align project timelines. * **Data Management:** Collect, organize, and maintain program, village, and departmental databases. * **Monitoring & Evaluation:** Conduct regular on-site monitoring and evaluation of program implementation. * **Reporting:** Prepare routine progress reports and assist in drafting specialized reports for internal and external stakeholders. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Social Economics or other relevant fields of study * Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience * Certified or proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint * Experience in the plantation or agriculture industry is preferred * Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills * Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Jakarta **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
