Community Manager

The purpose of this role is to deliver the Social and Content Strategy, managing social media channels and content streams, reporting to the Social and Content Manager or Head of Digital Marketing. **Job Description:** Key responsibilities: Conducts quality assurance on all community management activity that is taking place  Establishes processes, practices and best practice for category leading community management activity  Contributes creative ideas on how we can get more out of our communities  Copywrites for a variety of branded social media channels  Monitors social media channels on a daily basis, pulling out insights and preparing reports Manages and organises editorial content for social channels, including paid campaigns **Location:** Santiago **Brand:** Dentsu Creative **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
