You monitor compliance, spot risks before they become problems, investigate issues with a detective’s eye, and turn regulations into clear, practical actions. You prepare reports, guide colleagues, support ISO follow‑up, and help shape our policies and Delegation of Authorities. In short: you make sure we stay compliant, confident, and future‑proof. What you'll be doing: * Monitor and analyze compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies conforming the requirements in the law sapin II * Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents. * Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities. * Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters. * Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. * Follow-up ISO + Delegation of authorities * Implement different monitoring to comply with AML regulations 🌟 You’re a match Certifications Requirements: * Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent preferred. * Education Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. * Work Experience Requirements: * 2-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field. Languages: French & English are mandatory. Dutch is a plus.
