You will work closely with senior engineers on model training, dataset preparation, experimentation, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Train and evaluate models for object detection, segmentation, classification, and tracking. 2\. Support dataset preparation, including preprocessing, augmentation, annotation support, and quality checks. 3\. Work with existing machine learning pipelines: testing, benchmarking, debugging, and iterative improvements. 4\. Run experiments on models such as YOLO, Mask R-CNN, and other segmentation networks and document findings. 5\. Optimize and integrate models for real-time inference including video analysis, frame-by-frame panel/damage detection. 6\. B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (final year or recent graduate) in computer science, AI/ML, electrical engineering, robotics, or related field. 2 Strong fundamentals in Python programming and basic data structures. 3 Understanding of machine learning concepts and linear algebra basics. 4 Strong programming skills in Python and deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. 5 Experience in classical image processing (OpenCV, NumPy) plus deep learning-based CV (CNNs, segmentation, detection). 6 Comfort working in Linux environments and a basic understanding of Git. 7 Good communication skills to collaborate across teams (backend, product, and operations) and mentor other engineers. ### Salary Probation: Duration: 2 months Salary during probation: ₹40,000 - 50,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation: Annual CTC: ₹ 6,36,000 - 12,60,000 /year Annual CTC breakup: 1\.
