Pay Range: $75,410.00 – $100,549.99

**What You'll Be Doing**
* Learn and apply concrete production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
* Collaborate with plant and field teams to support daily operations and logistics.
* Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service activities.
* Participate in cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and sustainability.
* Develop leadership and technical skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

**Work Environment**
This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at concrete plants and construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in outdoor environments and around heavy equipment.
**Physical Demands**
* Ability to stand, walk, and move around construction sites and production facilities for extended periods.
* Capability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
* Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
* Occasional climbing, bending, and kneeling may be required.
