Concrete Management Trainee

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Learn and apply concrete production processes, quality control, and safety standards. * Collaborate with plant and field teams to support daily operations and logistics. * Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service activities. * Participate in cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and sustainability. * Develop leadership and technical skills through hands-on training and mentorship. **What Are We Looking For** * Strong interest in construction materials and operations. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Effective communication and collaboration skills. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **Work Environment** This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at concrete plants and construction sites.
