Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Coordinate and manage all phases of road construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery * Drive project safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance across township, state, and federal requirements * Develop schedules, track progress, and report performance using project management tools * Lead communication with subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment * Oversee project documentation, change orders, and closeout activities including final billing and reporting **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and coordinate multiple construction activities * Working knowledge of heavy/civil construction practices, project workflows, and field operations * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders * Ability to lead and direct work while maintaining a high standard of customer service * Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software applications **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination * Successful candidate must submit to drug/alcohol screen, and background check **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary ($67,130 - $89,517) * 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions * Highly competitive benefits programs, including: * Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits * Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance * Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
