**What You'll Be Doing**
* Coordinate and manage all phases of road construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
* Drive project safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance across township, state, and federal requirements
* Develop schedules, track progress, and report performance using project management tools
* Lead communication with subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment
* Oversee project documentation, change orders, and closeout activities including final billing and reporting
**What Are We Looking For**
* Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and coordinate multiple construction activities
* Working knowledge of heavy/civil construction practices, project workflows, and field operations
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders
* Ability to lead and direct work while maintaining a high standard of customer service
* Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software applications
**Conditions of Employment**

**Work Environment**
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
