**What You'll Be Doing**
* Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
* Coordinate contractors, vendors, internal stakeholders, and project teams to drive successful project execution.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and performance expectations.
* Manage project budgets, contracts, and resources while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Foster strong communication and collaboration across all project participants to deliver operational excellence.
**What Are We Looking For**
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple construction projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong project planning, budget management, and organizational capabilities.
* Effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, regulatory requirements, and project controls.
* Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and driving projects to successful completion.
**Work Environment**
* Combination of office and field-based work at active construction and industrial sites.
* Regular interaction with contractors, suppliers, operations teams, and project stakeholders.
* Travel to project locations as needed to support planning, execution, and project oversight.
