You will collaborate closely with development teams to enhance application performance, reliability, and security while driving automation and operational excellence. **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems * Lead incident response activities including detection, mitigation, and resolution * Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions * Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient delivery * Optimize application and infrastructure performance and ensure high availability * Develop automation tools and scripts to reduce manual operations * Implement security best practices and monitor for vulnerabilities **Requirements** * Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud networking services * Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub) and version control systems (Git) * Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform * Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix systems administration * Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana * Understanding of performance tuning, security best practices, and migration strategies **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**  Brightmine is committed to building a workplace where everyone is empowered to succeed.
