**JOB DESCRIPTION** Executes accounting and financial activities within a plant environment including but not limited to inventory, scrap accounting, payroll and general budget and variance analysis.  University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  3 Years suggested minimum experience. 1.- Responsible for customer service regarding Sales, price analysis and retrobilling 2.- Responsible for conciliations with intercompanies. 3.- Responsible for the control of fixed assets. 4.- Responsible for the analysis of accounts derived from the operations of the month. 5.- Responsible for monitoring shipments to the client. 6.- Supervision of the functions of the Mexican accountant 7.- Preparation of accounting records (HSHARED) and its support 8.- Responsible for monthly accounting closing 9.- Responsible for complying according to their position with the requirements of AMS (Adient Manufacturing System), BOS (Business Operating System), internal policies such as Ethics, No Sexual Harassment and Drug-Free Work Environment, as well as compliance to the IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Quality standard, meet the specific requirements of the client, for example; Global Supplier Standard Manual.
