Contract Pediatrician

### **About the Role** We are seeking a Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state. This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs. ### **Responsibilities** * ### Credentialing & Licensure * Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes * Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation * Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations * Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch * Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care * Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate ### **Qualifications** * Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license * ### Board-certified Pediatrician * ### Active DEA registration * Ability to credential with commercial and government payers * Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred * Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities * Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred * ### Arizona state residency required ### **Engagement Details** * ### Independent Contractor (1099) * ### $100/hr, paid monthly via invoice * Flexible schedule, estimated at about 1 hour per week * Limited time commitment during launch phase * Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
