Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills._ **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= Main Job Objectives * Deliver the assigned project scope and tasks by meeting\\exceeding our safety, quality, On-Time-Delivery and budget requirements. * To commission controls systems on-site including electrical and PLC software commissioning and to provide support to system test activities and training for the end user * To produce commissioning documentation including, but not limited to, commissioning checklists, tests specifications, Method Statements and Risk Assessments for Automated solutions to BS EN ISO 12100. * To interpret electrical schematics and design input information. * Ensure systems supplied are CE Compliant to the Machinery Directive. * Commission Safety Related Part of the Controls system solutions to the regulations and in accordance with BS EN ISO  13849/13850/60204 etc. Qualifications & Experience: * Educational background in Electrical/Controls Engineering as a minimum * Desirable: Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline * Experience in a similar role * Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA development and commissioning software * Hands-on experience with electrical commissioning. * Good understanding of Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings * Good understanding of bus systems * Understanding of distributed control systems desirable not essential * Understanding of automated warehouse desirable not essential * Ability to travel to customer sites for up to 80% of the time, both domestically and internationally. * Full driver’s license to support the travel requirements of the role. * Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering Special Conditions: * Role will require 80% travel to customer sites within the EMEA European region including travel to other Dematic offices or facilities across Europe in the undertaking of duties.
