**Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.**
How You'll Make an Impact

* Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
* Translate customer requirements into practical and innovative engineering solutions.
* Drive design optimization initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
* Facilitate technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams.
* Coordinate material procurement, fabrication activities, and installation planning for control cabinets.
* Collaborate with global engineering teams across multiple regions and disciplines.
* Establish and monitor quality metrics for external suppliers and project deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with applicable IEEE, NEC, NEMA, environmental, and safety standards.
Your Background
---------------
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design.
* Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is beneficial but not required.
* Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation processes.
* Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project site visits.
