Conversational AI Consultant Developer with German

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Automate various business processes using CAI platforms (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy) utilizing both deterministic rule-based and probabilistic LLM-based approaches * Conduct business analysis for use cases selected for CAI automation * Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompt strategies * Develop solutions, including API call configuration, NLP training, and TTS enhancements * Perform testing, including functional and NLP testing * Collaborate closely with business owners and clients to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements **Kogo poszukujemy?** * Excellent knowledge of at least one major CAI platform (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie) * Experience in business requirements analysis and process design * Experience working with conversational AI, voice AI, or chatbot technologies, including platforms such as Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie * Proper communication and escalation skills * Good command of English and Polish languages * German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level * Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset _Nice to have:_ * Experience with advanced prompt engineering and LLM orchestration * Familiarity with TTS and voice AI solutions * Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and webhook-based architectures * Experience working in agile environments **Czego wymagamy?** 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Agile * LLM * AI Języki: * Polski * Angielski * Niemiecki **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 20.2k–26k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo **Kim jesteśmy?** DCG to przestrzeń, w której spotykają się potrzeby biznesu i ambicje ludzi.
