Coordinator

**The Role:** We're looking for a motivated employee to join our business in a 12-month FTC role as a Coordinator at our Cheltenham site. This is an exciting opportunity where you'll have a direct impact on our operational success. As a Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, where you will lead by example, supporting and developing team members and ensuring production and distribution activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. **Your responsibilities:** * Lead by example, setting the standard for safety, quality, performance and teamwork * Plan and organise daily operations, ensuring resources, people and workflows are effectively coordinated. * Coach and support team members, providing feedback, guidance and encouragement to help them succeed. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, legal requirements and workplace health and safety expectations. * Drive operational excellence, ensuring production and distribution activities are completed on time, efficiently and with consistent quality outcomes. * Monitor performance and quality control, including checking finished goods prior to dispatch, verifying quantities, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and managing quality alerts when required. * Solve problems and identify improvements, taking initiative to enhance processes, contribute to toolbox meetings and encourage innovation from the wider team. **Our ideal candidate may have:** * Experience in planning, organising and prioritising work activities * A passion for safety, quality and continuous improvement * Experience motivating, coaching to positively influence others * Take initiative and approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset * Previous SAP or ERP experience * Previous experience working on a production site-based role with exposure to packing, filling and mixing **About ECOLAB:** Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services.
