Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include **Benchmark**, **General Catalyst**, **Peter Thiel**, **Adam D'Angelo**, **Larry Summers**, and **Jack Dorsey**. **Position:** Legal Expert — Transactional / Corporate (Remote, Hourly) **Type:****Contract** **Compensation:****$85–$120/hour** **Location:****Remote** **Commitment:****20–40 hours/week** ### Role Responsibilities * Design realistic deal scenarios from transactional practice such as M&A due diligence, SPAs/APAs, and securities filings. * Write "golden" reference responses at attorney-level quality. * Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics. * Provide written feedback to improve model behavior. * Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions. ### Qualifications **Must-Have** * ****1–4 years** of professional experience in transactional or corporate law.** * ****J.D. (U.S./Canada)** or **LL.B./LL.M.
