The role involves building strong relationships with corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and key decision-makers while ensuring smooth coordination with hospital teams to enhance the overall patient experience Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage corporate clients including PSUs, private companies, TPAs, insurance firms, aggregators, and institutions Drive corporate tie-ups for Executive Health Check-ups, wellness programs, and long-term healthcare partnerships. Manage end-to-end empanelment processes, ensuring complete documentation and timely approvals. Strengthen relationships with HR/Admin Heads, Medical Officers, and CXOs. Execute branding and promotional activities within corporate ecosystems. Lead corporate marketing activities such as wellness camps, webinars, on-site activation programs, and health awareness initiatives. Collaborate with OPD/IPD/EHC teams to ensure seamless patient service delivery. Act as a single point of contact between corporates and internal hospital departments. Maintain MIS, track targets, and present monthly dashboards to senior management.
