Corporate Recruiter

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tokyo of Japan from posting job ads and sourcing talent to interviewing and making offers.  * Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, selection criteria, and identify the best-fit candidates for each team.  * Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with qualified candidates.  * Maintain a robust candidate database and pipeline for future hiring needs.  * Conduct new hire orientation and support their onboarding journey.  * Ensure timely and accurate updates of new hires’ information in the Workday system.  * Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment projects across Japan.  * Organize and run local office events, such as employee outings and CSR activities.  * Provide support for HR and employer branding projects as needed.  **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related business discipline. * Minimum of 6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within multinational and fast-paced environments. * Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role, with strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, social media, and job portals. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks efficiently with strong follow-through. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across Japan market. * Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese, knowledge in Korean is a plus. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. _We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer._
