Conduct product demonstrations and sales discussions with decision-makers. 4\. Drive end-to-end sales conversations from lead qualification to closure. 5\. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective follow-ups. 6\. Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets. 7\. Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems. 8\. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. 9\. Identify upselling opportunities during initial client interactions. 10\. Stay updated on market trends, recruitment challenges, and competitor offerings. What will you learn? You will learn to be an effective communicator, develop product expertise, and build a problem-solving skill set while working in a collaborative, supportive, and friendly environment.
