Corrugator Team Leader

Working closely with the Shift Manager, this role will supervise the day to day running of a specific area in production. This will require leading and enabling teams to achieve targeted KPI levels which include Health and Safety, Quality, Waste, Productivity, Housekeeping. Other duties include: Coaching and challenging individuals and teams to increase their capabilities and performance. Enabling continuous improvement as a key aspect of manufacturing performance, customer service and quality. Complying with DS Smith standards and processes at all times.
