We are seeking a motivated **Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)** to join our rehab team on a **PRN basis**. If you’re passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve daily functioning, we’d love to hear from you. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive pay: **$30–$35/hour** * **Flexible PRN scheduling** * **Reliable hours available** * Opportunities across our **South Carolina facility network** * Supportive and collaborative rehab team environment **Position Summary** -------------------- As a **COTA**, you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services that help residents improve daily living skills, strength, and independence. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver **occupational therapy treatments** as outlined in care plans * Assist residents with activities to improve **ADLs, mobility, and coordination** * Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Occupational Therapist * Maintain accurate and timely documentation * Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team ### **Qualifications** * Associate degree from an accredited **Occupational Therapy Assistant program** * Active, unencumbered **COTA license in South Carolina** * Experience in a **long-term care or rehab setting preferred** * Familiarity with **PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba** preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?** --------------------------------------- At Chandler Creek, you’ll be part of a compassionate, team-driven environment where your work directly improves residents’ quality of life.
