We’re looking for a **Creative Project Manager** who is both highly organized and naturally curious ✨ This role involves leading a creative team toward delivering high-quality outputs that meet client expectations, while also helping maintain a healthy work environment and uplifting overall team morale. We’re looking for someone who can balance structure, communication, creativity and people management with confidence and empathy. ### Requirements * Has the ownership and discernment to recognize when an output is not yet up to standard and proactively escalate it to leadership for review before delivery * Knowledgeable in or willing to learn project management tools that help both clients and creatives maintain an efficient and organized workflow * Strong communication skills with great finesse and professionalism when coordinating requests, timelines, and feedback * Able to lead creative projects while ensuring deliverables are completed smoothly and on time * Supports a positive and collaborative team culture ### Big Plus * Knowledgeable in paid ads (such as Meta Ads) * Former editor, creative director, or multimedia artist ### Benefits **Salary Range:** PHP90,000-100,000/month _Note: Salary depends on your skill – judged by your experience_ ### Perks: * **Work from home** – Design your ideal workspace and ditch the commute * **Paid holiday & time off** – The best need breaks.
