This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST). ### Key responsibilities * Chase overdue invoices by phone and email, firmly and politely * Manage the debtor ledger and aged debt reporting * Agree payment plans and escalate where needed * Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes * Support cash flow forecasting with accurate collection data ### What you'll need * Proven credit control or collections experience * Confidence handling payment conversations over the phone * Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks * Clear written and spoken English * A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace ### What's on offer A salary of R25,000 – R29,000 per month, fully remote work, UK business hours, and a supportive finance team.
