Credit Portfolio Representative

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.  **What You'll Be Doing** * Manage daily collections and maintain strong customer relationships. * Respond to credit-related inquiries via phone and email. * Support customers onboarding digital platforms and resolve payment issues. * Enforce Builders Lien and Payment Bond rights in coordination with Credit Management. * Contribute to reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving credit KPIs. **What Are We Looking For** * 2+ years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of credit processes. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service excellence. **Work Environment** This position is based in an office setting with regular interaction across departments.
