Ensure timely processing of visas and all joining formalities for crew members. 2\. Verify and ensure completeness and authenticity of all pre-joining documents as per requirements. 3\. Coordinate pre-joining preparations including certifications, courses, tests, and medical examinations. 4\. Maintain regular communication with crew members during leave and mobilization. 5\. Handle training enrollments and coordinate with training centres and medical providers. 6\. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ShipSure crewing and upload required documents. 7\. Process flag state document applications and ensure compliance with control procedures. 8\. Provide administrative support to the crew cell and assist team members as required. 9\. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. 5\. High attention to detail and strong organizational and planning skills are required. 6\. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is preferred. 7\. Awareness and understanding of cultural diversity and global work environments is an advantage. 8\.
