**Position Requirements** **Description** Night Float CRNA opportunity 7 nights on 7 nights off schedule in Austin, TX with Austin Anesthesiology Group (AAG). AAG offers a flexible schedule in various surgical settings. Our diverse group is composed of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs who provide anesthesia services in a care team model; team members are exposed to a wide variety of complex cases. Our care team model means that we focus on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence. **Total Rewards** Salary: $300K Sign on Incentive: $100K Comprehensive benefits package:  • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available **Case Assignments** • Our practice covers the full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more.  • CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case-by-case basis. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership **Requirements** • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists St. David's Medical Center, $300K, Night Float, CRNA **EEO Statement** North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
