Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Operate and monitor crushing and screening equipment to ensure consistent production targets are met * Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently * Adjust crusher settings and feed rates to optimize material quality and throughput * Identify and report mechanical issues or hazards promptly to minimize downtime * Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site **What Are We Looking For** * Strong ability to safely and effectively operate heavy equipment in a production environment, supported by solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Committed to safety procedures, with the ability to recognize, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards * Dependable team player with clear communication skills and a proactive, solution focused approach to work * Capable of managing workload, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining focus in a fast paced environment * ⁠Valid Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. * ⁠Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
