Line of Business: Other Heidelberg Materials NE LLC is seeking a skilled Crusher Plant Operator to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our crushing equipment, ensuring the production of aggregate materials meets quality and production targets. Responsibilities:\*\* \* Operate and monitor all crushing plant machinery, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment. \* Conduct pre-operation checks, routine inspections, and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues. \* Adjust crusher settings and screen sizes to achieve desired material specifications and production rates. \* Load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as excavators or loaders as needed. \* Monitor aggregate stockpiles and coordinate material flow to maintain continuous operation. \* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). \* Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and other required documentation. \* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. \* Troubleshoot operational issues and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime. \* Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications:\*\* \* High school diploma or equivalent. \* Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance. \* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \* Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. \* Ability to lift heavy objects, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions. \* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. \* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
