Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Lead daily crushing plant operations during 2nd shift to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives. * Coordinate plant activities, equipment utilization, and crew assignments to maximize operational efficiency. * Monitor crushing, screening, and material processing activities to ensure product specifications are met. * Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. * Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements. **What Are We Looking For** * Available to work 10–12-hour shifts Monday-Friday 4pm-2am.
