You will be at the forefront of developing and managing products that meet market demands and drive business growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will act as the general manager for both commercial and internal products, overseeing their lifecycle from conception to end-of-life. Your work will involve designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products, confirming they align with business objectives and user needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Your ability to interpret data and provide insights will be crucial in informing recommendations and maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities \- Managing product lifecycle activities from definition and planning through production and release \- Developing and executing product strategies that align with market demands and drive business growth \- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and innovation \- Utilizing analytical thinking and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap decisions \- Conducting market research and customer needs analysis to refine product specifications \- Implementing agile methodologies to streamline product management processes \- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members \- Interpreting data to generate insights and recommendations for product improvements \- Upholding professional and technical standards in product management practices \- Engaging in strategic planning and operationalization to support product commercialization efforts What You Must Have \- At least a Bachelor's degree \- At least 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart \- Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient product management \- Developing comprehensive business case strategies \- Excelling in competitive analysis and market research \- Navigating complex product lifecycle management \- Embracing change and fostering innovation \- Demonstrating proficiency in customer relationship management \- Anticipating client needs through strategic planning **Travel Requirements** Up to 20% **Job Posting End Date** The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
