Custom Order Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Custom Order Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, ambitious, and possess a thorough understanding of the custom jewelry industry. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end Custom Order Process, maintaining effective communication with vendors and customers, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage special order requests from start to finish, serving as the key point person for customers, vendors, and internal teams. * Monitors order statuses, ensures quoted time frames are maintained, and addresses any potential issues that may arise. * Calculate and quote prices. * Accurately submit and verify custom orders with vendors within specified timeframes. * Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely confirmation, delivery, and proper invoicing and payments. * Facilitate vendor compliance with product quality and on-time delivery standards. * Cultivate a positive customer experience (internal and external stakeholders) throughout the entire process. **Qualifications:** * 1+ years of experience in the jewelry industry. * 1+ years of experience specifically with custom jobs. * Basic understanding and ability to read CAD's. * Able to work autonomously. * Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail. * High sense of urgency and initiative. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. * Must be able to work some Saturday shifts remotely. * This position is 100% onsite in our Seattle, Washington Support Center. _The pay range for this opportunity is $26.00 – 35.00 per hour.
