As a Uline Custom Orders Representative, you’ll support custom and drop ship orders, serving as liaison between our vendors and customers to deliver an exceptional experience our customers love! **Careers Packed with Potential.** Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. **Position Responsibilities**  * Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. * Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers. * Be a product expert to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service. * Review and edit customer artwork for their custom orders to ensure it is production ready. **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent.
