Customer Care Administrator

With 2200+ employees and continued investments over 25 years in India, ZEISS’ success story in India is continuing at a rapid pace.  Further information at [ZEISS India](https://www.zeiss.co.in/corporate/home.html). * Process and track customer orders accurately from booking to final delivery. * Provide proactive order-status updates and coordinate with customers, Sales, Logistics, Labs and MSP teams. * Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations within defined TATs. * Support digital ordering/CRM platforms and assist customers with order-related issues. * Coordinate deliveries, order diversions, accompaniments and stock-related activities. * Maintain accurate records, stock data, invoices and relevant customer documentation. * Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify delays, gaps and improvement opportunities. * Support payment follow-ups and other customer-related operational requirements as needed. * Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, compliance requirements and customer service standards. ### Key Skills * Strong verbal and written communication. * Good MS Excel and numerical/analytical skills. * Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach. * Strong coordination, multitasking and attention to detail. * Ability to work with CRM/ERP/order-management systems. * Process-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through. ### Qualification & Experience * Graduate in any discipline. * Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Operations; experience in optical/vision care is preferred. * Good command of English and local language.
