Customer Delivery Lead

As our Customer Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the teams that ensure every customer enjoys a seamless journey, from the initial order to a fully operational payment solution. You will lead two operational teams responsible for order management, customer onboarding, payment contract administration, and terminal activation. By combining strong people leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, you will optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure our customers receive the high-quality service they expect from Payter. **Responsibilities include** * Lead and support two operational teams responsible for the complete customer delivery process. * Ensure customer orders, contract management, terminal activations, and service requests are processed accurately and efficiently. * Monitor workloads, priorities, and service levels to deliver an excellent customer experience. * Act as the escalation point for complex customer cases and support your teams in finding effective solutions. * Coach, develop, and motivate team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and team meetings. * Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality. * Ensure accurate customer and contract data across multiple systems and applications. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve workflows and strengthen operational performance. * Foster a customer-focused, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. **Who We Are** At Payter, we are innovators, pioneers, and leaders in the dynamic realm of contactless and cashless payment technology in a wide range of markets such as Electrical Vehicle Charging, donations, transportation, retail, hospitality, vending, charity, parking, and beyond.
