### About the Role Join the technical customer-success team at a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed AI voice SaaS startup headquartered in Berlin. As a **Customer Engineer**, you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — ensuring successful adoption of the platform, resolving technical challenges, and translating real-world customer needs into meaningful product improvements. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the broader mission of automating customer call operations at scale. ### What You'll Do * Provide hands-on technical guidance to help customers deploy, configure, and optimize the platform for their specific use cases. * Troubleshoot PostgreSQL-backed data workflows and full-stack code (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python) alongside customers. * Support customers in building effective prompting strategies and AI agent workflows to unlock maximum value from the product. * Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships, acting as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams. * Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements, documentation, and roadmap decisions. ### What We're Looking For **Required** * 2+ years of Software Engineering experience with demonstrated, direct business impact through written code. * Solid experience with **TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python**. * Familiarity with **PostgreSQL**, including troubleshooting data workflows. * Experience in a customer-facing capacity — technical support, solutions engineering, developer relations, or similar. * Ability to help customers with prompting techniques and AI agent workflows. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Nice to Have** * Strong computer science fundamentals. * Prior experience in B2C SaaS, conversational AI, or voice automation products. * Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI/LLM-driven products. * A pragmatic, ship-fast mindset and comfort operating in a small, high-velocity team. ### Location & Work Arrangement This role is **on-site in Berlin, Germany**.
