In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment. **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal * Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently * Maintain a high standard of customer service * Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow. **Requirements:** * Full Australian working rights * Ability to undergo and pass a national security police check * Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) * Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours * 24/7 availability required **Master licence – 41299** **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
