**Job Description:** The main responsibilities will be: 1\. Business Growth: identify core drivers for chocolate category growth, spot opportunities and develop targeted trade strategies to support business goals 2\. New Product Management: provide new product demand space inputs based on consumer insights to support MKT, R&D, specifications and positioning.inputs during preparation, formulate terminal launch plans and coordinate smooth product rollout 3\. Category Activity：design, plan and execute trade-side brand activities to enhance physical availability and sales 4\. Cross Function Collaboration: communicate with Cell，Supply，R&D，Regional teams, sync information, collect feedback and ensure consistent strategy execution
