Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across various communication channels. 2\. Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions in a timely manner, primarily using English/Hindi or other regional languages 3\. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system. 4\. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards and procedures. 5\. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6\.
