We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. **TASKS:**  _Customer Demand & Supply Chain & Supplier management_ * Integrate customer orders into the system  * Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations  * Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance  * Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues  * Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain key parameters * Support new projects and ensure packaging availability  * Maintain and monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods * Manage and optimize stock levels (raw materials and finished goods) * Communicate with suppliers * Ensure the availability of raw materials to customer requirements * Work closely with the purchasing department  * Organize and track raw material shipments _Production Planning & Service Level_ * Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning  * Ensure the feasibility of the Customers’ programs internally  * Launch and adjust production schedules based on priorities  * Track service levels and implement improvement actions  * Maintain optimal inventory levels _Issue Management_ * Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions  * Escalate issues and align priorities with Sales and customers  * Monitor and follow up on action plans **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience * At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment * Proficient knowledge of English, German language is an advantage * Experience with SAP is a strong advantage * Strong customer oriented behavior * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Private health insurance (Medicare), Employee Assistance Program, fixed 13th monthly salary, performance bonus, cafeteria and a youthful team coordinated by an innovative manager * Clean, modern site with quality work equipment * Opportunity for advancement and career * Stable and long-term job at well-established international company **Job:** Customer Service Contact **Organization:** Material Planning/Production Control **Schedule:** Full time **Employee Status:** Regular **Job Type:** Permanent contract **Job Posting Date:** 2026-09-01 _Join Us !
