This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service operations, administrative support, data management, and continuous improvement activities within a professional aerospace environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with day-to-day customer service and administrative activities * Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer service records and database * Ensure proper documentation, filing, and maintenance of relevant record * Support the team in preparing reports, trackers, and other documentation * Assist in coordinating customer-related requests and follow-up activities * Support continuous improvement projects to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency * Assist in identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and workflow * Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team * Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing **a Diploma or Bachelor's Deg**ree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Good command of written and spoken English * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particular**ly Excel and PowerPoint** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good organizational and time-management skills * Able to work independently as well as in a team * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach * Previous internship or customer service experience is an added advantage **Learning & Development Opportunities** * During the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity * Gain practical exposure to customer service operations in the aerospace industry * Develop administrative, documentation, and data management skills. * Learn about customer service processes and business operations. * Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives. * Develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills. * Gain hands-on experience using Microsoft Office and business systems _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
